Oscar is the managing director. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2005 with a top 10 accountancy practice. He has extensive experience in general practice and advises a broad range of owner-managed businesses from a variety of business sectors. He works closely with clients in the real estate, construction sector, and family migration to the UK. He enjoys all aspects of planning including profit enhancement, structures, and passing ownership through the generations. He is married to Ka Yu and has two children Ethan and Ella. In his free time, he likes to spend quality time with his family.

Leanne joined Oscar IP & Co. in 2019. She graduated from Salford University with Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance. She also achieved the Payroll Technician Certificate qualification in 2021. Leanne works in the payroll department as a Supervisor. She enjoys processing all the companies’ payroll and deal with payroll-related questions. In each quarter she helps to prepare tax returns for a few of our VAT registered clients. Additionally, she is responsible for booking client appointments for tax consultations. She also looks after our social media pages and is in charge of the post writing.

Zoey Rong is the manager of Oscar Ip & Co., which joined the firm in 2018. She is a graduate of The University of Manchester with a Master of Chemistry Honour in Medicinal Chemistry. She realised after university that Chemistry is not an industry she wants to pursue. Zoey has a great passion for the accountancy industry and is currently in her final year of ICAEW training and aiming to achieve her chartered accountant qualification in 2021. She mainly works in the accounts and tax department provides services to a range of individuals and owner-managed businesses. Zoey is also looking after a team of junior staff. Outside of the professional work, Zoey enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travel around.

Ka Yu was a library manage with over 10 years of experience at the local libraries. In 2011, she joined Oscar Ip & Co and worked part-time so she had had more time looking after her children. With her transferred skill and knowledge from the previous work, she focused on the general running of the accountancy practice with her husband. She is also dealing with payroll, accounts, and VAT preparation. Recently, as the company is growing she mainly works on support other members in the practice. In her free time, she likes watching TV and shopping!

Carly joined the accounts team in 2019. She graduated from Lancaster University with Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance. She is studying in the ICAEW training program since she joined Oscar IP & Co. She deals with the accounts and VAT return preparation of companies from various industries, such as real estate, construction sector and hospitality. She also looks after the individual client portfolio and deals with the self-assessment for overseas clients. Carly enjoys reading in her free time, and she loves to go traveling on holiday.

Alyssa joined Oscar Ip & Co in 2020. She is graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with Honour Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Commerce. She works as a payroll assistant and assists clients in relating to a variety of payroll matters. She is also a working mom and she is enjoying her current arrangement working half a day while she can take care of her family and her little one. She loves spending quality time with her family.

Olivia joined Oscar IP & Co. in 2019. She graduated from Carmel College with A levels in Maths, Business, and Statistics. She has recently completed her Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship and is eager to progress to Level 4 in September. Olivia works in the accounts and taxation department. She enjoys setting up new companies and preparing personal tax returns. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and shopping for new clothes.
